About Us
Helping people work better, together.
At The People Practice, we help organisations address the real-world behavioural issues that get in the way of trust, wellbeing, and performance.
We specialise in workplace behaviour — the subtle and not-so-subtle actions that affect how people feel, communicate, and show up at work. From bullying, conflict and manipulation to disengagement and silent tension, we work with businesses to respond early, resolve issues safely, and create healthier team dynamics from the inside out.
We’re not HR generalists or culture consultants. We’re behavioural specialists. And we bring more than 30 years of frontline experience working with complex interpersonal harm - from family violence to trauma and conflict resolution - to support workplaces where people are expected to treat each other better, and feel safe doing so.
-
Because unresolved behaviour carries real consequences — for people and for business.
It pushes good people out the door
It creates stress, confusion and mistrust
It undermines performance, leadership and safety
It costs time, money, and team morale
We exist to shift that — by supporting organisations to take action, build confidence, and shape stronger, more respectful ways of working.
-
We don’t believe in generic workshops or surface-level training.
We partner with organisations to:Identify the root causes of behavioural issues
Equip managers and HR with practical tools to respond with confidence and care
Reset expectations, rebuild trust, and prevent future harm
We meet people where they are — and help them move forward.
-
Empathy – We approach people and behaviour with compassion, not judgement.
Empowerment – We give teams the tools to lead and respond with strength and clarity.
Ethics – We only take on work where we know we can add genuine value.
Tailored Support – No two workplaces are the same. Neither are our solutions.
People-First Thinking – We believe behavioural change starts by listening.
-
Stronger leadership. Safer teams. Clearer expectations.
And workplaces where people feel able — and expected — to behave better.
